COOKING CLASSES

Join us for an unforgettable day in the kitchen with Tina. In these immersive 6-hour demonstration classes Tina shares time-saving secrets, cooking techniques and flavour combinations that will enhance your cooking skills and arm you with new recipes to add to your folder of favourites.

Drawing on Tina’s lifetime of experience in cooking for a crowd, her recipes will help you know how far to take prep in advance, how to heat and hold, to revolutionise your kitchen technique with tinfoil and tea towels, and most importantly, how to enjoy being with your guests rather than stuck in the kitchen.

Typically held in the Riverside Kitchen, upstairs at Riverside Market in Christchurch, classes are usually held from 10am – 4pm. Join us for coffee on arrival, followed by Tina sharing 7-8 recipes – typically based around starters, main courses, side dishes and dessert. We follow class with a long lunch around the table, sharing the day’s recipes, and accompanied by wine and banter with new friends.

All skill levels are welcome. Whether you're a novice or an experienced cook, Tina’s classes will ensure you spend less time in the kitchen and more time enjoying the company of your guests.
