Brown Sugar Pavlova recipe in “Plated”

It was bound to happen. Everyone said we would find at least one. Despite the rounds of manuscript approvals from a number of the team, professional proofreaders, and general eagle eyes, we picked up an error in the book.

In the Brown Sugar Pavlova, Scorched Plum recipe, the baking instructions are missing. So, grab your pen and make a note on p196: Bake for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 100ºC and cook for a further 20 minutes. (If you make all of the mix as one single pavlova, bake for 30 minutes, reduce heat to 100ºC and cook for a further 30 minutes).

Remember, as I always say, it’s a good idea to make your own notes in the margin of a cookbook!
